Delivery & Returns Policy

We will deliver to AM or PM slots - 7am - 12 mid-day (AM) 12.00 mid day - 5pm (PM)

We will offer a full refund or replacement, if customer satisfaction is not met and if we are notified within 24 hours.


Rhubarb & Bramley will deliver your order using our own delivery staff, to the address registered by you on our website. Our staff will ensure your product is treated as you would expect, and arrives fresh and in good condition.

So that we can minimise our carbon footprint, we will try to keep our delivery mileage as low as possible. That means we try to deliver in certain areas at certain times. We therefore cannot absolutely guarantee, though we will always try, to arrive with you at your requested time. If you order before midday, we will deliver to you that same day if you want us to. If you order after midday, we will deliver to you the following day, as nearly as we can to your requested time.

Whilst we will take great care to package and deliver your product in good condition it is possible that very occasionally damage may occur in transit. Where possible please inspect your order upon delivery, or as soon as possible thereafter, to ensure you are happy with the product. In the event that you find a problem please notify our delivery person or contact us within 24 hours so that we can provide a replacement.

We will take every care in delivering your order but we cannot be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or loss of profits you may incur if we fail to deliver the goods to you. Our policy on damaged products does not affect your statutory rights.


Although we're sure that you'll be pleased with our produce, we're told that we should have a returns policy. So we'll keep it short and easy, as follows:

We will take great care to select, pack and deliver your product fresh and in good condition. As with all perishable goods there may be occasions when you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, if so please do contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours, to discuss immediate replacement or a refund to your credit/debit card.
